Straight answers
- How many photos do I get?
- 40 a month, on either plan. They arrive on the same date each month.
- What if a photo does not come out?
- A photo that fails costs you nothing — you are only charged when one finishes. One you simply do not like still counts, so it is worth choosing your reference well.
- Who can see my photos?
- Only you. Your selfies and your results live in private storage, reachable through links that expire — never on a public URL.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page. Credits you have already been given stay in your balance and never expire.
