14-day refund
Full refund if you have not spent a credit from that payment yet.
Failures are free
A generation that fails never costs you a credit.
2.Renewing, cancelling, and what happens to your credits
In plain English
Cancelling stops the next charge. It never takes away credits you already have, and you keep using the product until the period you paid for ends.
- Credits are granted on each monthly anniversary inside the period you have paid for. On the three-month and annual plans that means an allowance arrives every month across the term, rather than the whole amount landing at once.
- Unspent credits roll over. There is no monthly reset and no expiry date. A balance you built up in March is still there in December.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. You keep your access and keep receiving that period’s remaining monthly grants until it runs out. Nothing is clawed back.
- After it ends, your credits remain and can still be spent. What stops is new credits arriving.
- A failed payment does not cost you credits. If a renewal cannot be collected, no new allowance is granted, but nothing already in your balance is removed.
A small number of accounts hold an earlier plan sold at a different price. Those continue to work exactly as they always have, at the price they were sold at.
3.When you can get your money back
In plain English
Paid, changed your mind, and not made a photo yet? Email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
Full refund. If you request one within 14 days of a payment and you have not spent any of the credits that payment granted, we will refund that payment in full and remove those credits from your balance. Your credit history tells us straightforwardly whether any have been used, so there is nothing for you to prove.
Partial and discretionary refunds. Once you have started generating photos, the cost of producing them has been incurred and we do not generally refund. We will still consider a refund case by case — for example if the service was substantially broken for you, if you were billed twice, or if something went wrong that was clearly our fault. Write to glowypicsai@gmail.com and tell us what happened.
Part-used periods are not refunded. If you cancel partway through a month, a quarter or a year, we do not refund the remainder — you keep your access and your remaining credits until that period ends instead. We say this plainly because it is the second most common reason people write to us.
4.What a credit does and does not cover
- A failed generation costs nothing. If the provider errors, the request is rejected, or it times out, no credit is taken. This is enforced by the service, not by asking us.
- A finished photo you dislike still costs a credit. The photo was produced and paid for on our side, and taste is not a fault. We say this plainly because it is the most common reason people ask, and we would rather you knew before you bought than after.
- Credits have no cash value on their own. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold on.
What each plan grants:
- $9 one-time — 200 credits (20 photos), granted once when the payment settles, and they do not expire
- $12 one-time — 400 credits (40 photos), granted once when the payment settles, and they do not expire
- $20 one-time — 700 credits (70 photos), granted once when the payment settles, and they do not expire
- $50 one-time — 2,000 credits (200 photos), granted once when the payment settles, and they do not expire
5.Changing plan
You can move between plans from the Billing page, which opens Stripe’s own billing portal. Credits you already hold are not affected by a change of plan — they stay in your balance whichever plan you are on.
A longer plan costs less per photo. Moving to one does not change anything about credits you have already been granted.
6.How to ask for a refund
Email glowypicsai@gmail.com from the address on your account, and tell us which payment you mean and why. We aim to reply within three business days, and to issue any approved refund within ten.
Refunds are issued through Stripe, to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, and is usually five to ten business days after it is issued. Currency conversion fees charged by your own bank are not ours to refund.
7.Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, it will show as a descriptor for Glowy or One Man Holdings LLC — check that before raising anything with your bank. If something has genuinely gone wrong, please email us first: we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank can. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
8.Suspended and closed accounts
If we suspend or close an account for a breach of the Terms & Conditions — in particular for uploading someone else’s likeness or a photograph of a minor — no refund is due for any unspent credits.
If we discontinue the service ourselves, we will refund the unspent credits on your account at the price you paid for them.
9.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including any statutory right to cancel a distance contract. Where such a right applies and is more generous than what is written here, it applies instead.
